24 hours a day at our secure on-line store.
Unfortunately at this time we can only accept
orders in the United States. Please note that
we CAN NOT ship to PO Boxes. |

Shipping Methods: |
- Large items: Floor Clocks,
Grandfather Clocks, Wine Cabinets and
Collector Cabinets are shipped direct from
the manufacturer via truck. After the
product has shipped it is not possible to
cancel the order.
- Refusal of the order will result in
being charge the shipping fees to the
delivery address and back to the warehouse.
The trucking company will contact you 1 to 2
days before arrival to arrange for delivery.
Note this type of delivery does not include
delivery inside you home. Inside delivery
may be available as an additional charge
from the shipping company.
- Please be aware that some of these items
are very large and heavy, and may require
several people to move.
- When the item arrives it is very
important to inspect the product for damage.
If there is any damage please refuse the
delivery and make sure the damage is noted
on the shipping receipt.
- To expedite the processes of sending you
a replacement, please write down the
shipping company name and truck number. If
this should occur please email us
immediately at
sales@grand-father-clocks.com with you
order number and shipping company
information.
- Other items: Are shipped via UPS ground
service.

Returns: |
Defective items:
- All defective items are covered under
manufacturer's warranties.
|
Non-defective items:
- All returns require emailing:
sales@grand-father-clocks.com and requesting
a return authorization number (RMA).
- Returned items must be received within 2
weeks of original delivery date.
- Return items must be returned in a new and
unused state.
- Items must be returned in their original
packaging and must be returned will all
original manuals, accessories, and
packaging.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return product.
- All non-defective return are subject to a 17% re-stocking fees, plus the actual shipping cost to the customer.
- All defective items are covered under manufacturers warranties.
